A missing System.Core indicates that you are using an old version of the .NET Runtime.
You must use .NET 3.5 or later. .NET 2.0 doesn't have a System.Core. If you are using Windows .NET, simply download the 3.5 or 4 Update. If you are using Mono, you'll need to update your mono version. Hope this helps!
