Absolutely agree with both suggestions you made.  Is there a timeline somewhere 
with some indication of how far off some of these developments are?  

At the moment I think maybe, if people are interested, some sort of working 
group should be put together to get things rolling.  Maybe a mailing list 
parallel to this one would be a quick and easy way to gauge interest and see 
how culture, events could be developed in world.
