I am getting into this a little late, but it seems to me that the same listserv that is used for the opensim-users list would work fine with minimal hassle!
Either way I am definitely interested and will try to write up some of my experiments with Radegast as an "NPC" driver. Radegast has quite a few very nice features, like an ALICE "chatterbot" option that can be quite impressive.
