Inventory seems to be loading fine for me on the latest OpenSim revision
(using 0.7.3 Dev r/17654) on multiple regions.
I am using Phoenix 1.6.0.1600. Have you tried clicking the expand button
at the top of your inventory if you're using phoenix? It can take a
while to load if you have a very large inventory.
