I believe there is a problem with teleporting into megaregions atm for any region except the root, at least when you're
coming in from a different simulator.
It's meant to do a double teleport (due to restrictions of the native SL protocol) but isn't (other people report
straight out viewer crash, I think).
I'm pretty sure this used to work so I will probably try and make time tomorrow
to take a look.
But I do have to say that in general, megaregions are very interesting but do suffer various problems due to a
combination, I think, of the viewer not expecting to work that way and various bugs in OpenSimulator.

This turns into three questions coming out of this one issue:
Been setting up using D2 0.7.5, and am having the problem when logging
onto a 3x3 multi-region (not megaregion, though it happens with
megaregions enabled too) the avatar will land on the intersection
where the sims come together and cannot move in the x or y direction
then eventually fall through the seam and into the void.
The only way I've found to get around this is to create a single
region not connected to any other regions and place it in the SW-most
corner of the grid and at the top of the regions.ini file. Then
logging into that sim is fine though when teleporting to the 3x3
region the same problem occurs of falling between sims.
The one avatar I was able to land on the 3x3 region (by first creating
a single sim, loggin in and setting 'home', then adding the other
regions and logging in to 'home') found that teleporting appears to be
'Blocked' by default on all regions. It strikes me this my be causing
the problem.
So the three questions:
1. How to solve the avatar landing between sims?
2. How to set teleporting to 'Anywhere' by default instead of
'Blocked'? This may very well solve question 1.
3. How to set the default login region & landing point for new avatars?
Looked at every setting in every .ini file, searched the web to no
avail and even the list archives - though I'm sure I've seen these
questions asked (if not answered) here in the past...
Cheers,
