Will this also solve the problem for non-megaregions? Either way, this
is great to hear it's been fixed.

I didn't think this was a problem for non-megaregions, as they don't require the double-teleport hack. Are you seeing it in those situations?

Still can't find answers to the other two questions, if there are ways
to set these without poking into the C# itself - something I'd rather
avoid if at all possible! Of course it's quite possible I'm just
looking in the wrong places, and/or using the wrong keywords...

Hi CJ. Today I fixed the megaregion teleport issue in git master 01636ca.

Unfortunately, I don't know when this broke. What happens is that the
server auto-reteleports the client after a delay
(currently 10 seconds) so you're still going to be stuck on the corner for a
little while but after the auto-reteleport
it should be okay.

This was the previous behaviour before it broke. It's not obvious to me (or
others) currently why the delay is needed -
it's possible to shorten it but then you risk running into whatever race
condition may make it fail to occur.

This turns into three questions coming out of this one issue:

Been setting up using D2 0.7.5, and am having the problem when logging
onto a 3x3 multi-region (not megaregion, though it happens with
megaregions enabled too) the avatar will land on the intersection
where the sims come together and cannot move in the x or y direction
then eventually fall through the seam and into the void.

The only way I've found to get around this is to create a single
region not connected to any other regions and place it in the SW-most
corner of the grid and at the top of the regions.ini file. Then
logging into that sim is fine though when teleporting to the 3x3
region the same problem occurs of falling between sims.

The one avatar I was able to land on the 3x3 region (by first creating
a single sim, loggin in and setting 'home', then adding the other
regions and logging in to 'home') found that teleporting appears to be
'Blocked' by default on all regions. It strikes me this my be causing
the problem.

So the three questions:
1. How to solve the avatar landing between sims?
2. How to set teleporting to 'Anywhere' by default instead of
'Blocked'? This may very well solve question 1.
3. How to set the default login region & landing point for new avatars?

Looked at every setting in every .ini file, searched the web to no
avail and even the list archives - though I'm sure I've seen these
questions asked (if not answered) here in the past...

Cheers,
~!CJ
