I have a couple of regions that have logging on start up that say
"Database contained an orphan child prim ... This prim will not be
loaded.". One of the regions is completely empty and still contains
this logging.
A few questions about them:
What are orphaned objects/prims and how do they occur?
How can I recover them or at least fix the logging?
Does the presence of an orphaned object/prim indicate the original
object has been lost or perhaps corrupted (For example, from the object
owner's inventory)?

17:53:35 - [REGION DB]: Database contains an orphan child prim Object
5d72003b-5741-4d0c-87ca-d11a5e936696 in region
91b75ca8-fdef-452d-998b-e1e50cf688b0 pointing to missing parent
0ccb9f11-c83b-43b8-a01b-b75d2bd299e2. This prim will not be loaded.
