Why can't you use the Beta? It's better than the Alpha in many ways. It's more clean, the build system is better (both on Unix and on Windows). Regardless, that was an issue with the Alpha release source code. That source file was inadvertently left out of the automake distribution file list, so when the package was built, autotools thought it was fine. And it built okay on Linux, so we didn't notice it was missing when we checked the distribution package. Here's a link to the SVN repository page containing that file. You'll have to determine which version goes with the Alpha package (there should not be much difference between versions over the last year or so). https://openslp.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/openslp/trunk/openslp/common/slp_win32.c This link will give you the latest version checked in, but that's okay because that file was last modified 2-1/2 years ago -- before the alpha version was released. If you want a version history, look at this link: http://openslp.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/openslp/trunk/openslp/common/slp_win32.c?view=log Regards, John -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.9 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with SUSE - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iEYEARECAAYFAkitwZEACgkQdcgqmRY/OH/kywCeOdRPS9Hk7r9hU4foiQYtJkc7 29YAn3XkH6ZYO6aPiyGVC3vgFTdvO5CZ =RPXX -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Openslp-devel mailing list Openslp-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/openslp-devel
