Your help with the below would be most appreciated...
I am looking to simulate SLP on ns-2 using the OpenSLP implementation. To do
that, I'm simulating network configurations within a small / medium LAN
environment (up to 300 hosts). Since this is a software simulation, could
someone advise how to utilise the OpenSLP code to create nodes capable of UA,
DA and SA functionality? I have read through the installation guide and notes,
but they assume you're physically installing OpenSLP and using it via slpd.
Code with example implementations seems hard to come by! I'm looking to use the
API to program the functionality into these nodes in software, and so would
appreciate some guidance on which header, .cc files and function calls, etc,
I'll need to
include.
