Hello Ernst,

It's been a while, and I didn't write SLPAssociateIP, but a quick
perusal of the source code confirms your request. It appears that
SLPAssociateIP associates a unicast IP address with a particular SLP
handle. Thus, all requests after the association is made will be made to
that address.
