If I have understood correctly, you would like multiple JVM on the
same host to be able to offer services via an SA, right ?
You may want to take a look at LiveTribe SLP:
http://www.livetribe.org/LiveTribe-SLP
We support that kind of deployment.

Incidentally, it was the first we implemented as we needed that as well.
