Two problems I encountered so far with 0.7 version:
1) Not clear how to detect canvas/profile mode. For 0.5 there was mode
argument, then for 0.6 it was surface. Now it seems both are
undefined.
2) Instance API removed and no user settings box. How to store owner
settings for application?
Not verified yet if newUpdatePersonAppDataRequest("OWNER"etc is
working, but even if working, is not strange way to store user prefs
with dataset shared with other viewers? Not sure also, if it is safe -
how to verify that a viewer is not owner within javascript, so that
nobody can update my data?
