Can you clarify what you mean by randomly? Any image(s) included with updates should have a clear relationship with the content of the update. For example, if I review a book, it's perfectly fine to include the cover of the book in the update. If the book's publisher is your sponsor, all the better. Conversely, if the sponsored product/ brand is not relevant to the book I just reviewed, it shouldn't be included in the update.
