Hi Renato! No, you cant publish your app on production environment for test only. That´s why there´s 2 different servers available for testing: sandbox.orkut.com and prod.sandbox.orkut.com .
Other thing is that the apps are "tested" before approved, so you must submit it just when you make sure it´s ok.
