I don't know the applications samuel is behind, but the question didn't seem
urgent.
The answer would be as simple as the user with 1 app probably chose an app
to  be displayed in profile view, which doesn't have a profile view.

Note: Not implementing profile view using OS templates is akin to not having
a profile view.
