Samuel, I checked your profile. You are affected by the same bug. Since only approved apps show up on orkut.com, if you have unapproved apps (added via sandbox) taking the top 2 spots, others Apps show minimized.
The top two application you have on sandbox are 1012715908819 and 862302661800. This bug typically affects developers - and we'll be rolling out a fix in some time.
