With a 6 to 1 majority voting yes for the change, it does seem a little 
odd that we were looking for a greater than 50% of all possible voters.

Now that everyone that would actually bother to vote has voted, perhaps 
we could have a quick referendum on this and other 'issues' in the 
constitution.

Everyone should have their ssh key's setup, and know how the process 
works, so it would be considerably less hassle... :)
