I'm updating the Participation page by adding context and pointers to Communities, Projects, User Groups, and Subsites that have published contribution documents. In other words, if you are taking contributions, we'd like to build out a collection of links so we have one place to send people who are new or who may want to review a variety of ways to get involved.
