We did an audit of the roles and relationships in https://auth.opensolaris.org and as a result had to make a significant number of changes. Therefore, we ask that you verify your collective assignments. To view your data: log in to auth, click "Edit your account", and then click on the "Collectives" entry in the left nav menu. There are two issues to check:
1. Electorate Assignments in Auth If you find discrepancies in your Electorate assignments, log a bug at http://defect.opensolaris.org under the Community/grants category. Note that there are two deadlines for Electorate assignments for the upcoming election: * Sunday February 14th: Deadline for new Core Contributor grants from Community Groups. * Wednesday February 17th: Deadline for Electorate grant discrepancies to be filed as bugs. Community Group, User Group, or Project Assignments in Auth If you find discrepancies in your Community Group, User Group, or Project assignments, please contact a Leader of the relevant group to get them to correct it for you. Note that there is no deadline for these changes, and please do not log bugs or mail ogb-discuss for these issues because non-Electorate assignments are managed by the individual collective Leaders.
