If you could reply with both the binding level and whether it's both
OpenSolaris and Solaris (or just OpenSolaris), I'll send Mark Carlson the
case number and he can post from there.
I don't think I see anything on your original submission that should cause
concern. The exported library name seems a little unconventional (trailing
w?), but that's the name from the upstream distro, so I'll let more learned
minds question if it it's really an issue.

It is assumed that porting psqlODBC to Solaris may cause
modifications of the psqlODBC code so that it will run properly

The business risks associated with not providing psqlODBC for

environment for
PostgreSQL on Solaris as compared to what the open source community
