At present the agendas for PSARC meetings go to this alias and any who are interested can dial in for the open sessions.
For people in the community, there is often no mention of: a) when a project is going to PSARC for review b) what projects are being reviewed by PSARC I'd like for us to consider at least pushing out a copy of the agenda for the next meeting to include the community discussion groups (not just those for projects) that are relevant to the projects concerned. At least one goal here is to drive wider awareness of what PSARC is and also hopefully wider interest and participation. Comments? Darren
