(Usual disclaimer: I am no expert for interface taxonomity and usually cause havoc and destruction with my answers... ;-( ) If someone wants to use libshell adn/or libast in their application and needs localisation (=l10n) support (which is mandatory for applications in OS/Net) then the ASR l10n tools are needed, too.
