Please do not balcanize OpenSolaris!

Instead of adding unneeded communication software better implement 
PSARC/2004/480

It contains the decision to replace /etc/rmt & /usr/sbin/rmt
by the rmt program that comes with star. This program implements a superset
of all known rmt implementations and is the only grant for compatibility.
