What is "/usr/libexec"?

There's no such thing on Solaris.  Is this project intentionally
proposing a new /usr entry?  If so, I'd like to see a good definition
of its semantics for the filesystem(5) page.

Otherwise, I think this belongs in "/usr/lib", unless there's some
technical reason to prefer "libexec."
