I wonder how many other "/usr/bin/pv" commands there are... Here's one that's part of the "waon" project, included with Ubuntu: http://www.kichiki.com/WAON/pv.html There is even an unresolved bug filed against Ubuntu flagging this exact conflict of /usr/bin/pv being in two different packages (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/waon/+bug/326717). Sigh... In any case, the next "pv" will have to deal with it, so +1. -Seb
