During pkgrti approval Alan Steinberg requested that the Pipe Viewer package name be changed from SUNWpv to SUNWpipe-viewer so it would be more descriptive for the user. Huajian from the project team agreed with this change. I updated the proposal.txt file in the case directory to show this change. This email documents this change, which I think is under the threshold of needing a review.
