Perhaps it's unimportant, perphaps my expectations are different
than the librsync community. From the man pages in the case
directory and without going to the source code (which I didn't),
I couldn't even discover the function signature of the library
routines in the proposed librsync. Neither of the urls listed
seemed to have what I would have considered to be man page level
information. Perhaps I'm just not looking hard enough.
