I'm withdrawing this case for now. I will follow up with additional cases, to
a) port hme to GLDv3
b) port hme to x86
c) merge qfe functionality into hme and deal with Sun Trunking.
I expect that the first and second of these will be trivial fasttracks,
the third will require more effort. Stay tuned.
