I'm not sure an umbrella is required for a fast track. I've marked it
withdrawn already. If someone feels that an umbrella is better, then we
can do that... but I'm hoping that we don't go down the road of needing
two stages of project approval.
On the plus side, breaking it down this way will probably help me
simplify my own effort. I had some problems in my old code, probably
because I bit off too much at once, and now I can go back and retackle
it piecemeal like I did for eri. I suspect that I will have much better
luck with that approach.
