The LGPL 2.1 contains a clause specifically allowing you to use a work
distributed under the LGPL under the terms of the GPL instead, but then
you must use the GPL for all uses of that work - which would be okay if
the lawyers agreed that "the work" in this case referred just to
cddb_query and not the entire package including libcddb.   This is
treading into questions for lawyers, not project teams or ARC's though.
