Because, for better or worse, we are the senior engineers on the ground, we are seeing the problem first hand, and nobody else is as motivated to do anything about it. Yp, we could act like senior engineers and do more than point out problems for others to solve. Before that point, though, it *is* our job as ARC members to identify problems like this, characterize them as much as possible, and then go and work with management to get the problems resourced and solved. -John
