I think that the status for this case should be "closed not reviewed".

Basically, no one has stated that they have read the fast track and
issued the required +1.  There are 2 options.  First, you can extend the
timer 1 week asking for review from the committee.  Second, you can
close the case as "closed not reviewed".

Please note that there is an on-going conversation within the community
to clarify the policy but it currently states that you need a +1 or
someone to ask questions.
