Those details are obviously beyond the scope of this case, but my main concern was that the more enhancements are made to ibus (such as this case) and the more mature it gets, the more antiquated our current default becomes, and the less it makes sense to maintain it as the default. I don't intend to discuss those issues in detail here, but only to state my general concern.
