I think a Minor release of Solaris.
It's patch, as there are no explicit compatibility issues. Though, as the
case says, there's no plan to backport.
Also the site.xml file should be declared Obsolete Committed.

I didn't see a need to mark it Obsolete at this point. If there's a
specific concern, let us know.
