Many thanks! Now after nearly 7 years of discussion, SCCS is available as
source. I should explain why 7 years:
7 years ago, I did start asking SCO for making SCCS OSS and was nearly ready
about 6 years ago. A few days before this was ready, SCO was bought by
Caldera Linux and the efforts became void.
Now thanks Sun we have it

I did just check: if you add the compile flag -DDISTRIBUTED, it does
miss some files :-(
