Note that my complaint is more about the seperation between "make" and "dmake" - why is this still neccesary these days ? IMO it may be nice feature (which could be yet another nice application for "Niagara") to have a "make" which is able to run in parallel+distributed mode in Solaris by default (and make "dmake" a softlink to /usr/ccs/bin/make instead (for those future versions of Sun Studio which EOL Solaris <= 10)). ---- Bye, Roland -- __ . . __ (o.\ \/ /.o) [EMAIL PROTECTED] \__\/\/__/ MPEG specialist, C&&JAVA&&Sun&&Unix programmer /O /==\ O\ TEL +49 641 7950090 (;O/ \/ \O;) _______________________________________________ opensolaris-code mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/opensolaris-code
