Yes, for the older processors.  But the table in question is mostly
copied from Figure 33, p.65,  of the SPARC v9 specification.  That's

I'm quite interested in processor architecture, cache memory organisation and
instruction scheduling. Some of these topics are covered in SPARCv9, USII and
USIII manuals, is there any other documentation which is not available from
Sun's website?

Have you visited opensparc.org?  You can even download the RTL for
UltraSPARC T1.
