I'd say something like "pseudo" would cause the least confusion, even though "ignore" has precedents.

The problem is that the place where the flag is set (eg mount time) is very different from where it is used, so an administrator looking at a vfstab and seeing lots "ignore" options is going to wonder what exactly is being ignored when this filesystem is mounted (errors, maybe?). Yes, I know they should refer to the documentation at that point but wouldn't it be better if the option itself was a bit more self explanatory?
