All, As a part of the emancipation initiative, we are looking to include man pages with packages offered by the project. I believe this is also an eventual requirement of integration (except ownership of the man pages are transfered to the docs community rather than living in the package).
My question is this: does the documentation community maintain a set of Makefiles/scripts/etc. for generating nroff sources? Are these available to other projects within the community? It would be nice to leverage existing bits rather than re-writing the same thing twice. The nroff source tarballs look like they have been generated, so unless the docs folks really are writing man pages in nroff, I haven't got the foggiest idea of where to look next.
