I suspect SUn's too-eager land sharks made them put that on the site.
Remeber that the code on the OpenSOlaris.org web site is not necessarily
production ready, so that disclaimer might be to avoid lawsuits by
commercial organisations who are unaware of the bleeding edge status
of some of the coe (but then why are they using it?).

There's no confidential info on the web site, at least, not intentionally.

Looks like a standard legal disclaimer to me, and about as meaningful
and useful as those stupoid disclaimers many people have in their
signatures (no doubt their corporate lawyers told them to do that too).
But, (thankfully) IANAL, so take with as much salt as you deem necessary... :-)
