Since we are in the dark, perhaps you could let us know what has been done and what you have in mind, so we can see how we could fit? Urls will be OK. As you mentioned, there are localization efforts here and there. For Chinese locales, one of the most common complaints that I have increasingly heard is that their suggestions are often ignored by Linux “distro makers”. There is no communication, and contributions are done postfactly. Since most Linux distros update very frequently, many developers have found it very frustrating to try to do the catchups. Perhaps you can figure out some way (we will help) to absorb these dissent groups into the Solaris/OpenSolaris camp. Many of these groups are very influential in their respective communities. It is always a good idea to try to make the camp as big as possible. (Sorry my dirty mind keeps thinking about marketing. Shame on me.)
