Yes, you are right on track - OSS users can be annoying at times ;) !! (Don't 
pay a dime for the software, don't bother to contribute code, but still 
rightfully expect the software to do all sorts of entertaining things! Sounds 
bad, but is true and is ok in a sense since afterall OSS' definition of success 
involves the count of it's users and type of usage...)
