But your distri does not solve a single of the named problems.
SchilliX is much closer to your demands than belenix.
If recent Solaris versions (svc.stard & friends) were not buggy, then
SchilliX-0.2 would have been published two months before (before
I fif go on vacation) and SchilliX-0.2 fixes most of the problems.
- It comes with a clean and automated build procedure
- It comes with more sources
- SchilliX-0.1 allows you to compile X with few manual
work. SchilliX-0.2 allows to do so out of the box.
belenix does not allow to compile a lot of free software
because of missing features in libm and math.h and other
important include files.
I do not really understand why another distri has been created instead
of helping to make the current distribution better. Note that belenix
still gives less features than SchilliX-0.1
