I would encourage you to try out SchilliX.

It may have a chance to boot with 128 MB already and if it doesn't,
you should try to play a bit with the SchilliX-0.2.1-base-kit...

Check the shell script ./makeiso-all and let it stop before
./makeiso2 is run.

You may try to move drivers that are not needed in order to mount /usr
from ./ramd/kernel to /usr/kernel in ./bigd/usr/kernel, edit the shell scripts 
and lower the size of the 70 MB ramdisk image...... once you are below
64 MB (if you do it with a lot of effort you should be able to go to
40 MB) it should definitely boot on 128 MB systems.
