Is there a Solaris equivalent to the lchmod library function found on Linux?
The chmod changes the protection of the file the symbolic link is pointing to
whereas lchmod changes the protection of the link itself. I couldn't find a
direct replacement.

Of course I could roll my own, but I was wondering if I just missed it. Then
again, is there some precept on Solaris that symbolic links should always have
0777 protection attributes?

Thanks.
Gary
