Hi Ryan,
not yet... we've moved passed getting SunLegal signoff and we're
awaiting one more signature. Once we get that - as far as I am
aware - we can then push the NWS consolidation to opensolaris.org.
A clarification ... mpxio won't be released. The Solaris FibreChannel
stack (including fcp) will be released soon (no don't ask me when, but I
am too hoping for an early Chistmas present).

Believe me, the team is darned keen for this to happen too, we're
just waiting on that signature..... I'm hopeful of an early
Christmas present :)
