cdda2wav uses the same SCSI transport code as cdrecord and thus has no problems 
to find this automatically.

Something that may be of interest is to allow a GUI based audio CD player to
use cdda2wav. This would help to play "defective by design" (or in German 
UN-CDs) in many cases.
