This is not a bug. This is how a multi core processor is reported in Solaris.
Same is reported when running a P4 with HyperThreading enabled -- two virtual 
CPUs:

# psrinfo -vp
The physical processor has 2 virtual processors (0, 1)
  x86 (chipid 0x0 GenuineIntel family 15 model 3 step 4 clock 3192 MHz)
        Intel(r) Pentium(r) 4 CPU 3.20GHz
