Removing the following extraneous files in /var/log:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 129K Feb 22 05:00 bootstrap.log
-rw-r----- 1 root adm 111K Feb 22 05:00 dpkg.log
would liberate enough space for both svcs and svcadm ;)
(i'll give it a try).
