A Windows ME 1.44MB boot floppy image is bootable, when you write that as an El-Torito bootable CD (1.44MB bootable floppy image). > The kernel loads and it enters the installer > but either it is hung or the keyboard isn't functional. Hmm, with the MSDOS booted from the Windows ME CD / floppy image there is an issue with the keyboard modifier keys. It seems that key releases for the modifier keys are not recognized, the modifier key is stuck. So don't type shift, control, alt, option, caps-lock ....
